    Tamar Kaprelian is an Armenian-American artist, activist, and music industry veteran. A Phi-Beta-Kappa and Summa Cum Laude graduate of Columbia University she signed major recording contracts with RCA & Interscope Records and honed her craft with some of LA’s top songsmiths. Tamar founded Nvak Foundation in 2016 with the intention of bringing quality music education to under-served communities globally. She launched record label, management, and publishing company, Nvak Collective, in 2020. In 2021, she partnered with Spotify and prolific songwriter, Ali Tamposi, to launch Song Start, an innovative e-learning platform aimed to make music education easily accessible to millions of creatives globally.

    Hannah Hyman is a dynamic professional with a passion for creating a more inclusive and equitable music industry. A Cum Laude graduate of Louisiana State University, Hannah began her career as Promotions Director for KLSU Radio before teaching English in Spain. Her journey led her to roles at national event producer Solomon Group and then Nvak Foundation, where she spearheaded innovative music education programs and artist care initiatives across multiple countries. In 2022, she joined Nvak Collective as Project Manager, contributing to groundbreaking projects like the “Bruises” Unreal Engine 5 Music Video Game. Now serving as Operations Manager, she enjoys working towards the future of music, blending creativity with strategic vision.

    Emily Patt is a dedicated music industry professional driven by a deep passion for artist development. An honors graduate of NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, she launched her journey in the industry with contributing roles at Anti Social Camp, Permanent Press Media, and Missing Piece Group. Patt’s experience spans from coordinating creative campaigns and nurturing emerging talent to supporting event ops and public relations initiatives. Her diverse range of experience positions her as a thoughtful and driven advocate for artists.

    Hannah Williams is a NJ/NYC based multidisciplinary artist and creative. A graduate of The Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU, she contributed her passion in music to event production, performance management and social strategy with an emphasis on graphic design and creative direction! With growing experience in marketing and grass roots brand strategy, her goals are to continue building a career creating kooky, extra-ordinary and vibrant art with others.

    Yana Karapetyan is a passionate A&R manager and songwriter with a deep-rooted dedication for artist development and talent discovery. Her Armenian background and love for music have driven her journey in the industry. Having been with Nvak from day one—as a student who grew into a member of the team—Yana has seen the company’s remarkable evolution firsthand. She combines her creative vision with a strategic approach, dedicated to amplifying fresh voices and shaping a more inclusive and innovative music landscape. With an eye for discovering raw talent, Yana is committed to redefining the future of the music industry with Nvak.

    Aasiyah Faryal Shaffi is the International Project Manager & Growth Coordinator at Nvak Collective, working across the MENA region and international markets to deliver structured, artist-focused projects.

    A first-class graduate of the University of Manchester, Aasiyah has over a decade of experience across the global music and media industries, with professional collaborations including the BBC, MDLBEAST, and Balafleesh. She began her career in the UK as a radio producer and presenter before transitioning into music journalism, communications, and artist management after working across the MENA region. She is now based in Amman, Jordan.

    At Nvak, Aasiyah leads international project coordination and growth initiatives, translating creative vision into clear strategies, timelines, and sustainable outcomes. She is committed to empowering artists in the region, ensuring they are informed, supported, and protected as they build long-term careers.

    Alethea Freidberg is a Growth Coordinator at Nvak Collective and a music industry professional driven by a passion for artist development. A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music, where she earned Renaissance Scholar and Cum Laude honors, she brings a multifaceted background spanning A&R, marketing, social media and community management, and live music, shaped by her experiences growing up in the music and theater world. Alethea is dedicated to helping amplify artists’ careers and supporting them to find their voice in today’s music industry.

    Mor Swisa is an Israeli singer-songwriter whose journey with Nvak began as an artist attending one of Nvak Foundation's programs. Passionate about nurturing creative voices, he founded "Spring for Breath," a collaborative album between 10 musicians addressing mental health and resilience during times of war. Mor also created "Tribute and Love," a platform spotlighting indie artists via tribute performances.

    Mor deeply believes in empowering artists and building supportive communities through music.
